Information we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and message when you call, text, chat, book online or contact us through the website.
- Website usage information, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
Please don't send detailed medical information through the website chat or text. Your dental records and protected health information are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and remind you of appointments, and provide our services.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive (see below).
- To improve our website and services, and to comply with the law.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you give us your mobile number (for example through the chat or text widget on our website) and agree to receive texts, Packard Dental may text you about appointment reminders and scheduling, replies to your questions, and occasional updates or offers from our office. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform) and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run our office and website (for example scheduling, online booking, messaging and website hosting), when required by law, or to protect our patients, staff and office. These providers may use it only to provide services to us.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Parents and guardians manage children's care with our office directly.
