Why regular cleanings matter
Even with great brushing and flossing at home, plaque and tartar build up in places a toothbrush can't reach. Left alone, that buildup leads to cavities, gum disease and problems that cost far more time and money to fix later.
A dental cleaning and exam in Roy every six months is how we catch those issues while they're still small. Small problems are cheaper, quicker and a lot more comfortable to fix.
What happens at your visit
- A thorough cleaning that removes plaque and tartar, including the spots brushing tends to miss
- A complete exam of your teeth, gums and bite by Dr. Hyrum or Dr. Joseph Packard
- Digital X-rays when needed, so we can see between teeth and below the gumline
- Plain-language answers. If we find something, we explain it clearly, with no pressure
It's been a while? That's okay.
Whether it's been six months or six years since your last cleaning, you won't be judged here. No lectures. We meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels comfortable.

No dental insurance? Our in-house membership plan includes two exams, two cleanings and full-mouth X-rays each year. It's not insurance. It's a simple yearly plan with our office.
