Effective October 14, 2026. These terms apply to your use of packard.dental, operated by Packard Dental P.C. By using the site, you agree to them.
Information only, not medical advice
Content on this site is general information. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an exam by a licensed dentist. Using the site does not create a dentist–patient relationship. If you have a dental emergency, call (801) 985-3300; for a medical emergency, call 911.
Text messaging terms
When you give us your mobile number (for example through the chat or text widget on our website) and agree to receive texts, Packard Dental may text you about appointment reminders and scheduling, replies to your questions, and occasional updates or offers from our office. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (801) 985-3300.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointments
Online appointment requests are confirmed only when our office confirms them with you. Our online booking tool is provided by a third-party service under its own terms.
Membership plan
Our membership plan is an in-office savings plan, not dental insurance. Plan terms, prices and covered services are set by our office and may change at renewal.
Website content
Text, photos and logos on this site belong to Packard Dental or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Our site links to outside sites such as Google, Instagram, Facebook and our online booking provider. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Packard Dental is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
